SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

*NOTE: Unfortunately, at this moment we DO NOT provide shipping due to unforeseen circumstances. We do however provide LOCAL PICK UP. You'll receive a pick up confirmation once the order is ready to be picked up via what ever method of communication has been provided.

SHIPPING METHODS

 *NOTE: Unfortunately, at this moment we DO NOT provide shipping options due to unforeseen circumstances. We do however provide LOCAL PICK UP.

If you so choose to, you can set up shipping from your end with any provider of your own liking. If you opt-in to this option, once you've received the confirmation # for pick up please provide us with your shipping details. Which follow as stated:

1. Order & Confirmation #
2. Shipping Company's Name or Driver's Name
3. Date
4. Time

*Note: If on the day of pick up you have a remaining balance, please make sure to bring the cash and/or card that will be used to close the balance owed. IF NOT, we WILL NOT be able to release the product(s) to you and/or your driver.

WILL CALL OR EMAIL OPTION

Online orders will receive an automatic confirmation from Shopify based on the information provided during checkout.

Will call or email option will be provided ONLY for any guest that comes into our warehouse and places an in-person order.

CLAIM POLICY

Guest MUST submit a claim. All claims are subjected to a 48 HR review.

MERCHANDISE ARRIVED DAMAGED

Local Pick Up: Guests MUST inspect the items before leaving the warehouse. That way the item(s) in question can be switched out or reimbursed.

Shipped: A claim MUST be made within 7-days of receiving the item(s) and must not be modified after the fact in any way possible.

RETURN POLICY

A claim MUST be made within 7-days of receiving the item(s) and must not be modified after the fact in any way possible.

If items(s) are not being returned, due to damage from our end, ALL guests will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

If any custom order is being returned and is already in production or ready to be shipped. Guest will be charged a 50% restocking fee.

All return shipping costs MUST be covered by the GUEST. We DO NOT cover any return shipping costs.

CANCELLATION

Online Orders:

All online orders cancelled after 48 hours a pick up confirmation has been sent will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

In-Person/OTP Orders:

Any orders cancelled 48 hours after being placed which were made in-person and/or over the phone will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

Custom Orders:

 ALL custom orders cancelled during pre-production will be charged a 25% fee. 

ALL custom orders cancelled during production and/or post-production will be charged a 50% restocking fee.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All online orders take 2 to 4 days for processing.

All custom orders vary in processing time based on the lead times.
